Who we are 

Welcome to West Midlands Employers. If you don’t know about us, we are a not-for-profit Regional Employers’ Organisation (REO) owned by and working on behalf of the local authorities based in the West Midlands.

This Product Directory is an insight into our role as the REO (one of 10 in the country) and the portfolio of other complementary services that we have developed to support our local authorities to build a strong and resilient workforce and organisation.

Our services are accessible to the wider public sector and some organisations choose to subscribe to our annual Corporate Membership to access a range of free member service benefits and to secure discounted member rates for many of our products and services.

Our mission 

At WME we aim to advocate, build and champion people centred organisations and the range of products and services we offer supports this ambition, framed around five key service categories which form the sections of this directory.

Each product section will introduce our work and include product leaflets offering more in-depth information or case studies that evidence the benefits. We have also included a quick look-up product price list at the end of this directory.
